As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military
service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group. Our
common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian
Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, Vietnam, WWII, the war on terrorism, or peace-keeping expeditionary
campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in
preserving and defending world peace.
As members of the community, and yesterday’s defenders of
freedom, we are here to continue our service to our country and our community.
We strive to maintain a safe and clean environment in which our community members
can socialize, and host events. We welcome and promote community volunteerism,
and strive to support our local community, its veterans, and its
citizenry in general in any which way that may be needed. The Leslie L. Garratt Memorial
Post was established in 1946 by our very own predecessors. It’s not just our history,
but yours as well. Please take this invitation to
come see us during one of our community events. Contact CDR Augie Garcia to reserve the hall 408-603-9065.
